Custom Pony Design

1 custom includes: 1 Fullbody Base Edit artwork of 1 pony or other canon MLP species, Flat colors, Unlimited edits during the sketching phase, Unlimited color edits, A cutiemark.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Payment
Payment upfront via paypal (pref), cashapp, venmo or ko-fi.
All my prices are in EURO.
I will not start working until after the payment has gone through!
Refunds
Refunds will not be given out unless you have a valid reason as to why you need it.
Full refunds will only be made if I have not yet started working on the art or if I am still in the sketching stage!
Once a commission/custom has gone past the sketching stage, only half of what you paid can be refunded!
No refunds will be made once the commission/custom is completed!
Image Usage
My commissions/customs are for personal use only.
You may not redistribute a commissioned image in any way to make profit.
You may not sell a custom or adopt for more than you bought it for, unless more art has been added.
You are free to reupload your commissioned images on any platform as long as you credit me!
Trade Terms
All art for a trade must be done within a month's time. If it will not be done within that time, it is your responsibility to communicate that. I have the right to withdraw my trade offer if it has been over a month and no updates have been given.
Turnaround Time
My turnaround time varies depending on the service. If a commission/custom would for some reason take longer or need more time I will let you know in advance.Humanoid Commissions: 1w - 1m
Pony Commissions: 1d - 2w

Other Terms
I have the right to refuse service for any reason.
