i accept payments via paypal (preferred), cashapp, venmo and ko-fi (ko-fi has an option for card payments if needed).

i take payment upfront and you'll only get a spot in my queue once payment has been made.

payment plans are allowed for any orders over €50 in price. i will not start working on your commission until it has been paid in full.

if you're paying via cashapp or venmo please make sure to convert the currencies beforehand so you're sending the right amount in euros (€).

if you want/need a refund you must state the reason why.

full refunds will only be made if i have not yet started working on the art or if i am still in the sketching stage. once a commission has gone past the sketching stage, only half of what you paid can be refunded.

no refunds will be made once a commission is completed.

my commissions and character designs/adopts are for personal use only.

you may not resell a custom or adopt for more than you bought it for, unless more art has been added.

you may redesign my designs as much as you like, as long as the character is still recognizable.

i must always be authorized to see my designs on toyhou.se.

please try to keep a character for at least 2 weeks before reselling, trading or giving it away.

do not delete my designs from toyhou.se. if you no longer want one of my designs then please try to resell, trade or give it away. any unwanted designs can also just be transferred directly back to me.

you may not draw or purchase suggestive or nsfw art of my non-humanoid designs.

you are free to reupload your commissioned images on any platform as long as you credit me.
